Can I Try Surveyapp Before I Pay For It?

Yes! The Surveyapp trial comes with 15 free responses a month. It also includes a demo survey so you can try out some of the questions types and get a good feel of how the tablet/ phone app and the web based admin section works.

How Do I Pay For Surveyapp?

You can purchase a Surveyapp subscription with your credit or debit card. We use Stripe to process payments, and SSL encryption and Level 1 PCI compliance ensure that your data stays secure. Enterprise clients can also pay by bank transfer/ cheque.

Do You Do Annual Subscriptions?

Yes, indeed! You can pay for your subscriptions monthly or annually. Paying annually also gets you 20% off the subscription price.

Do You Offer Discounts For Charities And Educational Institutions/ Students?

Yes we do! Surveyapp supports charities, students and teaching faculty across the globe. Send our team a message with your information and, if you’re eligible, we’ll send you a discount code.

What Happens To My Data If We Stop Using Surveyapp?

We’ll keep your data safe and sound until you're ready to come back.

When Will I Be Billed?

You will be billed at the time of purchase. That will be the start of your billing cycle, and you’ll be billed on that day every month. You can alternatively select annual billing for a 20% discount.

Can I Change/ Cancel My Plan?

You can purchase more device licenses or cancel your plan at any time. If you are cancelling, just make sure you do so before your billing period comes to an end.
